Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle starts, except where required by law or explicitly approved under written commercial terms.
2. Campaign payments
Campaign charges are processed based on booked duration, device allocation, and approval workflow. Refund eligibility depends on campaign stage, service usage, and applicable operator policy.
3. Cancellation
Users may cancel upcoming renewals to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for completed or partially consumed billing periods.
4. Disputes
For payment disputes, contact support with transaction references and invoice details. We review claims with logs, billing records, and applicable legal obligations.
